One random day I went to my childhood hangout, the old Wagon Wheel flea market and looked for a business that was in the need of a new owner. Looking for the diamond in the rough.
A few places had “FOR SALE” signs, but they all wanted a small fortune.
This concession was one of the few that wasn’t for sale, but you could clearly see the young owner was tired & struggling. I asked him “are you the owner?”. He said “yes”. I said “sell me your place”. He had just taken ownership himself, so he wasn’t interested.
I walked away and sat down to observe other places. A few minutes later he walked over to me and by Tuesday I was suddenly the owner.
