Opened for business!

With the help of my family, friends, hope and courage; a second chance became a reality and we reopened.

With good luck on my side, the place had all the right drains, power outlets, etc.

We just needed to renovate and outfit the place. It was a lot of work, but we did it in a month. I say “just” to make it sound interesting.

Then we had our first customer. Then we had days with zero customers. Then days we only made $30. Then days I forgot to buy something. Then the days of shortages where finding lettuce was impossible. The hurricane days. Hot days, cold days, rainy days, x, y, z. Then the word of mouth paid tribute and those tough days became great memories.
