After giving COVID time and countless hours of thinking. I did it again.
From website to website & driving in all directions. I applied for a spot at Tyrone gardens. After 2 months of negotiations, I terminated my application. Agreement provisions were so limiting, I just couldn’t find myself in a bind. Grate place, too much red tape for my once drained savings account if things went south.
A few weeks later I find 7108 online for rent. I grew up in St. Pete and went to St. Pete College, never had I traveled beyond Tyrone blvd. heading east on 9th Ave.; 7108 was within a residential neighborhood, which is typically the opposite of what most people would look for.
I got excited and looked beyond all facts. I applied and got approved.
